1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device to remember information about your visit. Similarly, localStorage is a browser mechanism that lets websites save small amounts of data locally on your device.
2. What we use
On briaproject.bg we use only:
- bria_cookie_ack_v1 (localStorage) — a single flag that records you have seen and dismissed the cookie banner. It contains no personal data, no tracking identifiers, and is never sent to our server or to anyone else. Removed when you clear browser storage.
3. What we do NOT use
- No analytics cookies (no Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar).
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No third-party social media trackers.
- No session cookies beyond standard technical ones set by the hosting infrastructure.
4. Third-party services we embed
Certain features rely on external providers that may set their own cookies when you interact with them:
- Google Fonts — serves the Inter and Noto Serif Display typefaces. May set cookies for font caching.
- Formspree — processes the contact form when you submit it. May set cookies to protect against spam and abuse. Consult the Formspree privacy policy for details.
These providers process data only when you actively interact with the relevant feature (loading the page, submitting the form).
5. Managing cookies
You can delete cookies and localStorage at any time through your browser settings. Steps vary by browser — see the documentation for your specific one:
